2. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

3. AI-Generated Content

The AI responses provided through this Service are generated by third-party AI models (such as Claude by Anthropic and GPT by OpenAI). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify any information received and should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MY OPENCLAW BOT, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Third-Party Services

This Service relies on third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Telegram for messaging platform functionality
  • OpenRouter for AI model access
  • Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Securing their Telegram bot tokens and credentials
  • The content of their conversations with the AI

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Google User Data

When you sign in using Google, we access the following data:

  • Email address: Used solely for account authentication and identification

How we use Google user data: Your Google email address is used exclusively to create and authenticate your account. We do not access, read, or store any other Google account data such as contacts, calendar, drive files, or any other Google services.

Data storage: Your email address is stored securely in our authentication database (powered by Supabase) and is used only to identify your account when you log in.

Data sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email may be shared with our payment processor (Stripe) solely for transaction processing.

Data retention: Your Google user data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics about how visitors interact with our website. This includes page views, session duration, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

7.3 User-Provided Data

In addition to Google authentication data, you may provide:

  • Telegram Bot Token: Stored encrypted, used to connect your bot
  • Telegram User ID: Used to authorize access to your bot

These credentials are encrypted at rest and are only used to provision and operate your personal AI assistant.

7.4 Data Isolation

Each user's AI assistant runs on a dedicated, isolated virtual machine (VM). Your conversations and bot data are stored exclusively on your own VM and are not shared with or accessible by other users. When you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, your VM and all associated data are permanently destroyed.

7.5 AI Conversations

Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information, passwords, financial details, or confidential data through the Service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My OpenClaw Bot and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

By using My OpenClaw Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not use the Service.
